hey ive got a question i have the same turbo kit as you and i cant get rid of the turbo chatter idk if my bov is broke because iv have had it so loose that i can feel air coming out of it and it still chatters, so what did you do to make Urs work if u have gotten yours to work

I dont know what you mean by chatter. Are you talking about compressor surge? if so just take your BOV apart and there should be 2 springs that pop out, just remove one of them and then put it back together.

im getting a 2.2 s10 xtreme ls and i was wandering what i have to do to moter befor i can add a torbo to it. i wana push out about 220hp from the lil 4 banger

i upgraded the ignition, msd box, wires, coil packs

then the fuel, 42lb injectors, msd fuel pump, FMU, and to handle the large amounts of boost (12lbs) i installed a methanol injection kit from snow performance. But even then the internals are working over time. I also have a greddy boost controller. With this setup my last dyno was 210. (actually I installed the meth injection after the dyno) But I still have some other mods to install which im hoping for about 230rwhp on next dyno

I don't know how to edit together a video like yours (underhood, in-cab and driving) but do have several individual videos you may like, of my turbo systems.

yes by chatter i mean compressor surge, and i have taken the bov apart and i took out the stiff spring and now i just have the soft one in their, and it still does not work
