Catfishing on the St Johns river in Astor, Fl. Catching a lot more stingray than catfish.

you should just let them go
but you could easily get $100 a pop for those. if your going to kill them sell them instead. its like hooking a hundred dollar bill

yeah you can take a cookiecutter to the wings of em and cook em and its basicly an artifical scallop, good as hell

bay side scallops. only the wing part is edible, have to let sit over night, then fry, bake, marinade grill, all that.
