I learned that in order to stop watching porn it's easy just understand that you have a choice not to do it.. and that if you go through the pain of not watching it

it will exercise your body,.. and mind

it will make it easier to focus eventually if you don't watch it long enough the pain in your sex organ from not watching it will numb..

Thank you . I had identified all these issues but I never found any EFT online which was specific to addiction. It's like the other EFT Practicioners are trying to give everything away for free except addiction scripts.
