This song is deep...has a lot of truth to it. Love your music Dale!

I'll tell you why Kenny Chesney and todays "uber Nashville stars" can't sing music like this today... they aren't fully grown men and can't reach the microphone!!! I've been listening to Dale for a dozen years or more. He's as real today as he was back then but he represents the same things that Johnny Cash, Waylon, Conway and those guys did back in their day... they can't be controlled and wouldn't be anyones puppets. Their music will live forever, Chesney and Co. WONT!!!

No Nashville bullshit, no fasle and contrived conveyer belt crap. Just a great singer, a great song and a truly great artist. Dale Watson is the real thing, there is no doubt that he is indeed the saviour of traditional country music. Long may he continue to do for real, give us more more more!

I've heard this song a couple of times but now I started to really like it. The story is great. Dale is real country artist. True to the roots.
