Looks like it was modernized. Is that the indicator for Signa4 vandal resitant, or is it an old Dover indicator?

Yes, I like those a lot, along with the old style Delta fixtures.

However, there are some KONE fixtures I really like: the KSS fixtures with white LED lighting

So do I, especially with the blue buttons.

I really favor ThyssenKrupp's fixtures over KONE's because the Signa4 is really cool.

Well, it was a brand new building (it smelled new) ,so I think it was from 2008

Actually, this is a brand new ThyssenKrupp elevator, and the Signa4 lantern has a 5-light arrow, instead of 3 with the old Dover lanterns.
