Is it an adjustable laser? if so put it about 12inches from the match and adjust it till it lights it. If not try making sure it has full battery power. If not that do a troubleshooting test to see how far it will burn from. If it still don't do anything you may have an underpowered laser :( And I know you can mod some lasers but I wouldn't mess with that one. Contact "Faona" from Rayfoss and ask her about it.
My laser is a rayfoss one, it says on the label bit Max output power <500mW and wavelength 532nm, so I am guessing it is nowhere near that because it wont even set a match alight? Do you know how I can bump it up to 500mW, well make it stronger anyway?
