over the rhine isnt that bad,go to places like avondale and walnut hills that's where all the shootings usually happen.i used to catch a bus in over the rhine never was shot or anything just a bunch of crack dealers and hookers asking for money,lol

if you ever notice, all the people that don't have much are much more kinder, I live in delhi right now and really no one is nice, then I go to price hill, norwood, silverton, kennedy hieghts(some of it) but those are some feared ass places, funny thing is the people I meet there are kind and nice its only at night when you mess with the wrong person they just don't care but still everyone in delhi I try to treat with respect but I get none back

It's funny how white Cincinnatians portray post-riot OTR as a war zone. I lived in Cincinnati 2009-10, and the black folks in OTR treated me much better than "my own kind" in places like Delhi and NKY. Goes to show that Cincinnati really IS the Mayberry that I found it to be.
