Outline of Story (so far):
After a small war that had happened in England. Melissa's parents were killed, being the only family member left she was adopted by Eva and Cortez. A small, but loving Spanish couple who'd do anything for Melissa. They take her back to Spain to look after her. But after 10 years, Melissa and her adoptive parents are returning to England. Melissa will be reuinited with her best friend Luna again. Who she doesn't know is a witch. She is not immediately accepted at her new school but one Spanish lesson she meets Riley. A guy who prefers to be in the corner. Alone. But they both open up to each other and their relationships blossoms.After events, Melissa is introduced to his family. Her full name is Melissa Estheim. Oblivious to her, is that she holds a certain power that can give power to any vampire, all by one simple action. Melissa is the one person who holds this, and the vampires call it her 'innocence'. The simple action of obtaining this power is a vampire and Melissa sharing their love.
Riven, Riley's brother is very intrigued but knows that he shouldn't interfere and would prefer his brother to do the deed. Riley on the other hand, does not want to cause harm and take her innocence.After months, Melissa finds out what Riley and his family really are. Vampires. Taking this badly, she avoids them for a while. But is instantly pulled back because of her love for Riley, and maybe just Riven.Along the way, Melissa finds out about all their pasts and some powers they have. Rikku, their sister. Is a very special vampire with mind reading skills. But after finding out their pasts, Riven's memories come back to haunt him. His supposedly dead fiancee Melody isn't actually dead. She has come back, and she happens to come across Melissa. Being a vampire herself she attacks Melissa. After some time she comes back for revenge, but Melissa goes to stake her. Melody demands that if she dies, Riven goes with her. But everything changes as Riley runs infront of Melody, being staked himself. Sparing his brothers life. His last words are for Riven to always look after Melissa.
Melissa and Riven have to leave immediately, because of a vampire clan who will come to inspect a vampire death. They'd know Melissa was involved and kill her. They flee quite far away and spend time together. But all this time causes their relationship to get slightly more friendly than usual. Along the way they finally confess their love for each other.
But after time, Riven knows a way of getting Riley back. What will this be? What would it mean for Melissa?
