rofl we're assuming its out of 100. actually it can be 25 percent out of 350 for example, which would be a completely different scenerio because 25% of 280 is 70, divided by 5 is 14.00. Therefore, it depends what it is out of and to be more specific, 25% of "what"? 25% is pretty ambigious, to say the least.

I believe this math would be true if you counted up to 4 before going into another digit but then 25% would be 1444444% and 100% would be 4444444444444444444444444% (thats 25 4's). Then then 25% or rather 1444444% would equal 14% when divided by 14.
