Halo Reach Tricks/Glitches - Gauss WH Turret Teleported

I, (thehomeland) and an online co-op friend (YKantIBSober), were playing campaign on Legendary, on ONI: Sword Base, and after finishing the brief activation missions at the beginning and driving back to the garage gate, I wanted to drive back to get another warthog so we could ramp off of it to drive past the barricade with the Gauss to take out the hunters ahead.

After I drove past a certain point, it yoinked us back to the gate, so I drove back not realizing my friend had been taken off of the WH.. and even still, that the turret was completely missing.

I wish you could just normaly put the gausse turret in forge and be able to detach it...and the forklift, and the 18 Wheeler, and the truck, and lots of other crap.

Well... now you got a gauss rifle defending the base.... except that... it's facing the wrong way...

nice... if i remember correct you can do this in the destroyed sword base with the scorpion turret.
