What if you do not want to go to your office Christmas Party?; because you are not getting paid for it, do not find it interesting, might find Christmas offensive for whatever reason, or have other plans scheduled since this is most likely to be scheduled during after hours?!!!!!!! Or, maybee the employee is just an introvert who is exhausted from dealing with coworkers during the regular 40+ hours a week. How could an employer legally fire someone for simply not wanting to go.

I never stay long at those party's, I get there early, eat lots of the good food, leave after 45 minutes and find a better party. Cuz only lame ppl stay for the whole thing, or make an ass outta themselves
