The Active Shooter tests were conducted in Baton Rouge on May 29-30, 2008. Each day two unrehearsed, unstaged, realistic Active Shooter exercises were conducted. Two shooters attacked four classrooms located in different parts of the school. The BRPD SWAT participated in the Day I exercises and in Day II members of the BRPD SWAT, East Baton Rouge Parish Sheriff's Office SWAT and the State Police SWAT combined their members together to form the entry teams in the 2nd day's two exercises. This video features the second by second tactical response timeline and the final shootout between SWAT and the Active Shooters.
It's good idea but its not organized and from the look that the man who carry the Laptop that the camera is not IP camera and I think you have to be inside the building or in the same Network of the school which that mean No advantage for the police still the SWAT team need to clear room by room

I notice this system is built on a Windows operating system. That is scarey. Otherwise, this is an awesome system. But the officer carrying the laptop is kinda vulnerable. (<<< SHOOT ME< I AM CARRYING A COPUTER!<<<<)

We go through it in the Academy. There are mock school shootings performed in the shoot house.

Keep in mind that the gent posting this is a camera man from the local TV station and probably doesn't know who got what training. ;)

I hope you gave the regular road patrol officers in the area this training. Swat is usually the last to respond during an active shooter.
