Jambalaya

This is Arkansas14. We are a group from Newport. We have Jimmy St.John on lead guitar,fddle,banjo, and whatever else he happens to carry with him.LOL R.E. Gates is on the bass guiar and Tom Samaniego on rythm guitar and alto sax. Mr.St.John And Mr. Gates are extremely talented musicians and have played with professional musicians such as rockabilly hall of famer Sonny Burgess. I just picked up the alto sax after 11 years. I have been playing guitar for a couple of years. I do the lead singing. Jimmy also sings very well. We hope you enjoy the music. We play a variety of styles. Bluegrass to Early Rock.

I still do alot of pikn unfortunately my good friend and fiddler , lead guitar, banjo or whatever else he could get in his hands player passed away unexpectedly back in october 2010. I do miss him dearly and it has left a big void in our sound. There will never be another like him.
