thanks :], yeah its been a big help since i was an angry kid, and now im like the exact opposite of how i was when i was younger, im happy and energetic, with lots of good friends and getts B's in school :P

at least that is positive, you are controling you anger by directing to an inanimate object, instead of at living beings. kudos!

yeah ive also figured out how to mellow myself out, i skateboard a lot, and half the time im alone, i look angry and like a crazy head sometimes, because im out there yelling and screaming at my board, but its because im so emotional sometimes i need to get it out, and usually afterwards i get a few days of peace before it comes back

I can understand that. Sometimes when I can't hold it in, I yell at everyone near me. I'm angry and I can't control it and must blow off steam.. they take it as they will, but I gave them warning my moods were swinging..
What I hate is when people, who don't understand, think it's easy to just 'get yourself together' and 'stop feeling sorry for yourself', but it's not easy. They make ME feel guilty for feeling like this. Lord knows I've tried to be 'normal' and just get on with life; put one foot in front of the other, etc.... but I ALWAYS come crashing down again. My Mum used to have a saying for me, even from an early age: 'Angel is on the crest of a wave; God help us all when she comes crashing down'.

@MrsFooFoo yeah I agree with you there. its called stigmatizing the victim. people who repeat these things are really in need of an education in mental illness. we are trying to enlighten the world.
