@tnsoutherner It's pretty simple. You crush the wax combs, and filter the honey out of the smashed up mess. Honey is much thinner than cold wax, so it separates readily. Les uses "top bar" hives and doesn't save the combs for reuse.
With traditional frames, where you put the wax comb back into the hive, you cut the caps (the outer surface) of the comb off, and spin them in a centrifugal seperator. That throws the honey out of the comb, where again it it filtered to remove other contaminants.

how do you clean the honey out of the raw bees wax? i haven't seen a video on how to do that.
