Basically, it's a group of people using several methods, mainly a petition, to persude Nintendo to make Majora's Mask 3D. Just search Operation Moonfall (it should be the first result) and there's a 'Sign the Petition' button on the left of the main page.

Not even towers can stand unless made from stone that is unmoving like the ever changing winds. The wind is like a claming mother and the stone is like a foundation of time. Another words this is more, than just a tower it is the begging of the end.
