It sounds like they are talking to Kim Kelly? They mentioned the second trials they had in Florida, which was when she was dropped from the dean all the together! I wonder why she would have been there at the Olympics, it must have been hard on her, after the way USA Gymnastics treated her!
Wow they wasted the entire time talking to a gymnast not competing in the olympics..Im glad she won gold because nobody even noticed this amazing routine.
@gymnasticsloverxoxo really? I always felt she was excellent at compulsories throughout her hole career because in the 1996 Olympics she preformed them fantastically. Her beam and floor were great. Her bars were ok, and her fault was really good to. I saw kotchecovas and she did really good on all the events but when she did her floor and beam routine I always felt like she was missing something (not like an element) just a certain type of presentation that miller had
@mortella23 They were both great at compulsories. I personally believe Kotchetkova held on to her superiority at compulsories longer than miller did (millers' compulsories in 95, 96 were getting weak) but she of course was excellent in compulsories here.
@Lakuilera Well, it's a perfect example of why Dominique Dawes among others would turn the sound off when watching TV coverage of her own routines! Lysenko was definitely a deserving gold medalist on this event and shows here a strong case for that eventual outcome.

Her, Podkopayeva, Kotchetkova and Silivas ought to go down as the best compulsory workers in history.
