Seven is a significant number because, objectively, that is how many basic colors there are, including white light.

I love this film, I hate the fact that I haven't seen it sooner. I suppose it's not until you're older that you can appreciate a masterpiece like this.
-
@PaladinHero Indeed. "I see them, Mia! I see them! Over there against the dark, stormy sky. They are all there. The smith and Lisa and the knight and Raval and Jons and Skat."
-
But feel, to the very end, the triumph of being alive.
-
@Wulffrith916 The confusion is in the translation then, because they aren't mentioned by the guy (Jof?) who sees them.
-
@PaladinHero I guess i meant to say that they did go with death as when they are doing the dance there is 6 ppl and 6 ppl when death arrives so all of them died. There no way to say the two women mentioned where not at the dance.
-
@Wulffrith916 So it seems, which means Wulffrith's question still isn't answered. Why weren't the other two women mentioned or shown? You do you mean they DIDN'T die?

I must say, there some very beautiful actresses in this film. Particularly Jof's wife Mia and the silent girl who has that last line when facing Death.
