Police are searching garbage dumps in New Jersey and Pennsylvania for the body of a baby that was apparently thrown out with the trash at a Jersey City hospital. (Jan. 6)

i cant believe any state dont belive a stillborn is not a baby,this little baby was 4 weeks from being born.what does it matter if it took one breathe or not,it was a human being that had a beating heart for 8 months & is someones child.i hope the mom gets millions from that hospital
