The goes and woes of the individual and the many often pass by the unsuspecting. The film looks at the intricacies of emotions between a couple arranging to meet.
This is narrated with the great english poem 'The Vanity of Human Wishes' which was the influence behind Virr's current range.
Incorporating pieces from the accessory label Virr, Vanity of Wishes looks at elusive beauty, and the often ambiguous nature of those fleeting moments. To watch carefully, one may discover hidden meanings correlating with words, and the events of the film. This is to be discovered by the viewer and offers a chance to reflect on ones own personal perspective, and how they relate to it.
Poetry, esoteric philosophy and the archaic gentleman & lady were driving influences behind the making of the range & film.
