@adma8D If you do muscle building work and don't lose the weight too fast your skin goes back.. it's about allowing your body time.. ppl who lose weight way too fast on strict diet and workout regimens are the ones who accumulate a lot of loose skin... hope that helps

Your chart is right on target! I just completed my first month on my diet and workout plan and ironically had a costume fitting for a show I'm in and they told me since my last fitting 3 months ago I've lost 2 inches on my hips and waist! Very exciting!!

I love what you are doing, and hope you are not going to stop, because as momentum is build, it is really hard to stop :) if you know what I mean, all positive feedback recharges one's batteries. But the negative feedback gives you the right direction :) ~ that's a little ambiguous, but critics often envy successful people, and if you meet many of them, usually you are in the right direction ~:)

Watching you now, I've noticed that you don't have any loose skin either on your arms or belly. Did you use any product or include/exclude some specific things in your diet while you were loosing weigh, and afterwards?

We live in life where everything is accelerated. So many things compete for our attention.
And when it comes to blood sugar and stress hormones, they increase as a result of this accelerated notion of "not pushing harder enough" or "we have to move more quickly" so that we get things done.
Speed KILLS. As we are on a rush, stress hormones are released in our bodies. More specifically, adrenalin and CORTISOL, and this is causing BELLY FAT.
