Some things have o be provided by the state. Healthcare is for everyone, it is a fundamental right. Just as an idea, a citizen of a country is expected to pay their taxes and sacrifice a lot when bad time comes, should it be war or a big natural disaster.

If some people cannot afford healthcare, they will not get it, and that makes them useless workers. You feed your horse if you want to ride, right?
