  • Do you look at all Maddy's songs and slag her off? Have you nothing better to do, or do you just want to irritate her fans? Are you going to go to Tina Turner's, Madonna's, Cher's, The Stones, Dylan's sites and slag them off too? I suppose you like silly little rap stuff or "hip hop" or R & B" or other worthless gangsta rubbish?

8 months later, and our enfant terrible is now 'l'enfant psychotique'.

    Prognosis is poor.

It surprises me how much this individual intrudes upon my pleasure of listening to music.

Last night he created a female alter, Violetloveable. I spotted him first. He had hoped to create a YT romantic relationship with this woman to prove to us naysayers his obvious allure for women.

    Simultaneously hilarious, and pathetic.

  • @smokindog nice post... not so much Kemp "turned down" as Fripp was looking for a bassist /VOCALIST, I believe I read that in myriad notes Fripp has out there !

  • am I in Heaven ? PERFECT vocal .

  • Go Maddy! You are brilliant!

  • I possibly think that this is her finest work.

  • I saw Maddy at Middlesbrough Town Hall..It wasn't Steeleye of course,BUT she was brilliant..Best ever at York cos she danced with me (and several others) She is amazing!!

  • Such an earthy, pure and honest voice.....so refreshing these days !

  • Absolutly precious beautifull.I lost contact with Maddy (steeleye Span), after my youth

now for 30 years ago. And now after that time I discover beautifull pieces of her

on you tube. What fantastic gifs and jewels can bring internet to us, also for the olderly people as I am afraid I start to be. Love maddy as I did before.

  • It's like Kate Bush said "Mother Stands for Comfort"

  • I need to catch up with Steeleye spans newer material. Very nice indeed! Rick Kemp is an aw some bass player. He turned down a job with King Crimson back in the 70's :-)
