Her Hannah Montana stage outfits were very simple back then, but they were very cute and fun and sexi! So much cuter than some of the wierd contraptions she wears on stage these days trying 2b all sexy!

Hazelnut says the song is by jessica simpson .. if you read her comment you will see that she acknowledges the singer. I think she is just a fan of Miley and put together lots of pictures of Miley from the start of her career through to now i guess wearing different boots ... put to Jessica's singing.
