@ElChinoGuerro My understanding is that all Windows phones come with an account for 25GB of cloud storage.

The problem with that is that you need connection to the Internet to access that storage. What if you're shooting a video and you use up the 8GB internal storage? Not sure what happens then, even if you're connected to the Internet.

If you've had your phone more than 14 days, you'll have to work with Verizon. The replacement warranty is for 14 days, unfortunately.
