In part 2 the tire flipping distance is shorter. I performed 5 rounds 10 reps each side with the sledge hammer. I use a 12 pd and a 8 pd. As far as the sitting dumbbell shoulder press and crunches, that is 10 reps each as well. The workout was legit, try and tell me what you think about it. My cousin is getting into cross fit as well so I thought I teach him a thing or two. Enjoy.
