you should slow the pump flow down because if you are releasing the powdered solution into the tank your PH will skyrocket !

Wait, you should supply fresh RO water to the kalk mixer NOT salt water from your sump! It will precipitate a lot of CACO3 if you run it on salt water!
I have a similar setup, but I use a crappy medical doser ($50) as a pump and I built my own kalk mixer that functions exactly as that one does (even with a MJ400 mixing pump!)

Cool, how much did the whole thing cost? Have you tried two part or a calcium reactor? What do you think worked the best for you out of the three?

LMIII is about $300 and the PM Kalkreactor is about $270 or so.. I also use a calcium reactor! I use a combination of the two.
