No, Regigigas sky form was an IDEA that fans made up, since they were unhappy with the ability "Slow Start." Just because people came up with an idea and someone drew it does not necessarily mean it's legit. Regigigas does not get a sky form in Diamond, Pearl, Platinum, HeartGold, or SoulSilver.

regigigas was supposed to get a sky form, it was supposed to be in the 12th movie but it wasnt officially announced.

It´s not fake,the origin form is real.
shaymin have a sky form and giratina have a origin form.

shaymin doesn't have the ice type, it gets the flying type when it gets its sky form

giratina and shaymin have both been confirmed to have different forms, but i'm not sure about regigigas. that is giratina's origin form actually
