This sheik was talking about marriage, and explains the principles of choice of spouse (husband) whether the girl or the girl's father, and the most important of these principles, that the husband must be on religion and good morals and manners, and It's not wrong to be a poor man, then he gave an example about that; where prophet Moses (PBUH) was very poor after escaping from Egypt to save himself from Pharaoh....

So, Allah rewarded Moses by the marriage from the daughter of the Allah's prophet Shuaib.

Allah says [So he watered (their flocks) for them, then he (Moses) turned back to shade, and said: "My Lord! Truly, I am poor of whatever good that You bestow on me!"] 28:24

At this moment, this sheik died.

[He (Shuaib) said: "I intend to wed one of these two daughters of mine to you, on condition that you serve me for eight years......] 28:27
