Maher Arar

Maher Arar is a 34-year-old wireless technology consultant. He was born in Syria and came to Canada with his family at the age of 17. He became a Canadian citizen in 1991. On Sept. 26, 2002, while in transit in New York's JFK airport when returning home from a vacation, Arar was detained by US officials and interrogated about alleged links to al-Qaeda. Twelve days later, he was chained, shackled and flown to Syria, where he was held in a tiny "grave-like" cell for ten months and ten days before he was moved to a better cell in a different prison. In Syria, he was beaten, tortured and forced to make a false confession.

The Arar Commission released its official report on Maher Arar's case on September 18, 2006. Commissioner Dennis O'Connor cleared Maher of all terrorism allegations, and found that the actions of Canadian officials very likely lead to his ordeal. I feel for you Mr Arar. I good friend of mine who was suing an insurance Co for what he believed was a premeditated attempt on his life made to look like an accidental car crash by a secret society here in Hamilton Ontario, Canada. He was subjected to this evasive (mind control) technology and he was forced to settle with them because they were also destroying his property and way of life. The authorities ignored his please for help. This country (Canada) allows the torture of it's citizens.

Let me explain how CAIR and others smear people or lie by omission. Lets say they post a headline about me sleeping with a 4 year old girl and then give a vague report. But what they don't reveal is that I was 3 at that time and it was my Sister because our small cottage force my dad and brother to have their own beds. Adults back then were not allowed to share a bed with kids under 12. So kids were smothered or hurt from being crushed in their sleep. So YES,CAIR's lead has some truth to it

Check out the Al Jezeera english youtube interview with Maher,he finally admits he did have a sorted past in Boston and mentions about being stopped when returning to canada. But he still leaves out the facts,he awas stopped at the border in his car and tried to smuggle in a laptop and refused to give the password to scan it. He stutters and displays the signs of what the FBI looks for from liars as the eys shift around and body twitches.
