This could have been the perfect port of gradius had the programmer been more competent. This game has the absolute WORST case of SLOWDOWN of any game on the TG-16, and it's so bad, you'd think this was an early SNES shooter.
Not only that, but the slowdown is like an on/off switch in this game, and as you play, the game is constantly switching between full speed and half speed, which greatly disrupts the flow and the overall gameplay of the game.
