This video shows the assembly of a sectional Vulcanizing Press allowing to make a splice of a rubber belt by hot vulcanizing in best quality even for steel cord belts and for finger splices for the most largest and longest belt wordwide.
The most advantage of this version is the low total height and the low weight of each module.

  • The Almex air press is limited to 80-100 psi (7 bar) pressure and maximum 165°C and the waterbag press is dedicated for 200 psi and 200°C as recommended by all manufacturers of steel cord belts. Further as you can see a woman is capable to carry the press in opposition to your comparison.
