Fox News' Shepard Smith reports on how "I'm Voting For" is engaging young voters based on issues, not politics.
"I'm Voting For," an online video testimonial campaign launched by Campus Progress Action, gives young people a platform to talk about how their personal experiences and passion for the issues are driving them to the polls. Throughout the campaign, we hope to create a narrative about why young people are voting in 2008, and focus the attention of presidential candidates and the media on the issues that are important to us. While everyone is focusing on who they are voting for, Campus Progress Action is interested in focusing the debate on what matters most -- the issues.
To submit a video testimonial now about the issue that most affects your life, click here. We will post the videos on our website and send the best videos to the presidential candidates, other candidates for office, and major media, as periodic updates on what young people really care about.
