Well think about it, the girls receive ENORMOUS advantages from being Hef's girlfriends; wealth, fame, career opportunities and projects being the main ones. To equal that, they have to concede some sacrifices that benefit Hef, one being that they have a curfew. When you take away the mutual computability and love that exists between them, they are just three average, pretty girls that got VERY lucky. Hef worked hard for his millions and it took him decades to establish the Playboy franchise.
