CrossFit Central Southern Texas Regionals, 2010, Austin, Texas

Good friend, Carey Kepler, invited me to The CrossFit Southern Texas Regional Competition at Camp Mabry, Austin, Texas. Qualifiers may compete in 2010 CrossFit Games. Very Inspiring! Featuring Rebecca May, Chanel Sams, Shannon Isbell, Jeanna Cournoyer, Katie Russell, Maria MacDonald, Leslie Flores and other great athletes. Congrats to Crossfit Texas Team members who made it to Regionals: Ashley 15th, Lauren Stover 17th, Terilyn 28th, Shannon Isbell 29th & Rob 16th. They'll compete in Regionals in Dallas in May. Hey Scott...Great video. A few things to help you though. The girl at the beginning on the rower that you zoom into for the close up is Rebecca May...great athlete. Also, at 1:21, that is Shannon Isbell, a very good friend of mine. She placed in the top 30. Great vids...very well done.
