Well; a lot of the violence is supposed to be funny. Like when James Franco got stabbed with a fork, and when Red gets shot a bunch of times. And when he shoots of the bad guy (matheson?)s foot. It's kind of graphic, but its all for comedy sake. Shaun Of The Dead wasn't funny..

Pineapple Express was way better than Harold & Kumar (which was good also), but James Franco was straight up freakin funny. They should just do a movie based on Franco's character.
