This is my first time doing a sound montage. First times are always bad, and people use to say it tend to improve: I hope so, 'cause this home-made instrumental sounds quite seedy. Please, I appreciate very much constructive criticism and advices.
All made by acoustic instruments (except for the synths) my brother and I played
in his room. We have fun playing music together :-)
Someday you might find your hero
Some say you might lose your mind
I keeping my head down now for the summer
I'm outta my mind let me pull the other
I'm gonna take that tiger outside for a ride
What a life!
What a life!
Keep on chasing down that rainbow
You'll never know what you might find
Over the sunset on the horizon
Maybe you dream but it tastes like poison
I'm gonna take that tiger outside for a ride
What a life!
What a life!
What a life!
What a life!
What a life!
What a life!
Someday you might find your hero
Some say you might lose your mind

@supermanreturns2 Thank you very much Tank. This was a "sound engineering" test of background music, no vocals or theme melodies. I used to listen voices in my favorite songs, but now I'm learning to give the enough credit to the inescrutable and fascinating world of background sounds behind the leading voice (the underrated Bass, the so-80' synths...)

if you're opposed to adding the lead melody into the cover, you could put lyrics in the video and make it a karaoke version, I'm sure people wouldn't mind coming to the video and singing a long to the video =)

alright! I had a feeling you would do a noel g song! lol sounds like there's also a tambourine in there as well?? =) I thought it was good, but if you really want criticism, the only thing I could suggest is, it does sound a bit repetitive. I know it's an instrumental cover, but i think it wouldn't hurt if you added the lead melody into the mix as well.
