Who said God doesn't have a sense of humour? This animated music video is Hillarious. Sista Lucille is getting happy, Brotha Thompson has a case of gas. And the choir...well, you'll see
Oh, and if you don't want to discuss theology don't attempt to shove your beliefs down my throat. Clearly you're not sufficiently equipped to combat the facts.
"No matter what you say, TheAtma...Jesus loves you!" Your comment is clearly aggressive and confrontational. Don't pick fights you can't win.
I didn't say that Paul was the only educated Jew. I said he was the only highly educated Apostle. Luke too was educated. But neither of them were witnesses to the Messiah.
I'm not discussing Theology; I'm discussing logic, rational thinking, common sense, linguistical facts and historical facts. God is derived from the German word "Gott" which means "Eternal". There is a distinct different between a name and a title. God refers to all divinity in all religions. Now if you used the proper name of the Creator we wouldn't be having this discussion.
I'm not going to discuss theology, or the fact that that Paul wasn't the only high educated Jew (turned Born Again Christian.) All I got to say is, when things get crazy such as the times we're living, who do you go to? Knowledge and intellectuality are an asset, but without God...its still nothing. God Bless!
Jesus is derived from the Greek name Ieseus. The Biblical Messianic figure was a Hebrew, born into a Hebrew family and associated him self with Hebrews. The only Hebrews who'd speak Greek were the highly educated. Only one Apostle was educated to such a degree; and he wasn't even a witness of the Messiah.
There is no J, or any character that would produce the sound the J makes in the Hebrew, Greek or Latin languages. Thus, clearly, his name couldn't be Jesus.
I don't mind being confrontational. Jesus was. Everyone is going to have to deal with him; one way or another.

So no, Jesus doesn't love me. Why? Because the Biblical Messianic figure isn't Jesus Christ.

Jesus didn't exist. Yes, he does now. But only in the minds and imaginations of silly and deceived peoples.
