My father has this motor and yes, the pistons and rods were both upgraded to handle more power.. around 800hp in total, race pistons etc. Yeah, that sounds wicked man! :)

which i have found out are good for 600 bhp ish. thanks., thinking of buying this 180sx for sale near me has a sr20det redtop 330 bhp seems a good starting point.
