They used to build them like this in the States. Kids would have a proper fear of God if these were the fireworks they were given to play with. Bonus points for the 4th story detonation that activated somebody's car alarm.

It wasn't actually an M-80. This video was shot in New Delhi, India, and the 'cracker' was a RAJ NAZI brand. It was about 2 inches in diameter, and filled with black gunpowder.
