CASA PSA

CASA's ( Court Appointed Special Advocates) mission is to make sure the abuse and neglect children that suffered at home did not continue as abuse and neglect at the hands of the system.

Every year, 500,000 abused and neglected children are in need of safe, permanent, nurturing homes. They have no family to call their own and are more likely than other children to face homelessness, unemployment and prison as adults.

YWCA of Northcentral PA is an agency of United Way Lycoming County.
