Quadsk8 Funky Rhythm Roller Skating in the Netherlands!

Old school funky rhythm roller skating featuring Vin Zee, known for his super roller skate hit Funky Bebop and Skate Dancer (the latter one recently remixed, contact me if you wanna know more). Even funky skate pioneer Bill Butler is rolling by in this vintage footage of the early New York skate scene.

Absoloutely beautiful Brian. What a slice of total and complete skating history. And original Goodskates t-shirts too! That cheered my heart this morning. The end part where Bill Butler is by the river reminds me of your own film when you were dancing on a concrete mushroom

Bill Butler was a great skater but I lost respect for the man when he judged a contest in Jersey Where three of his students won all cash prizes.Clearly Micheal was the best of the contest. The others were not worthy of finishing 2nd and 3rd. The person who organized the event said he would never do another contest after what transpired.Bill Butler went home in the same car with the cash prize winners.
