Sabato, founder of the Center for Politics at the University of Virginia, has proposed 23 changes to the United States Constitution in a new book dedicated to to the memory of Thomas Jefferson. In a recent talk on Monticello's West Lawn, Professor Sabato highlightd some of his ideas and discusses how he meanst to challenge people on their thinking about the sanctity of the country's framing document.
