A team like Rangers is used to winning. Their fans EXPECT it. Queen of the South had never APPEARED in a Scot Cup Final, let alone won anything. Queen of the South have NEVER qualified for Europe. They have now done that! The question why would you celebrate losing is one that has not had a lot of thought put into it and its typical that its being asked by spoiled fans such as those from Rangers who DEMAND success. For little teams like Queen of the South to get into Europe, that is SUCCESS!
Queens are a small team in Scotland compared to Glasgow Rangers. They only turned full time this season and this was the first time in their 89 year history they have reached the Final of the Scottish Cup.
The celebration wasn't to "celebrate losing" it was to celebrate their achievements after beating Aberdeen in the Semi-Final and giving Rangers a good scare in the Final - both teams being in the top Scottish League - a league above Queens.
