Colloquy between Assistant Senate Majority Leader Dick Durbin (D-IL) and Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid (D-NV) immediately following the failure on September 21, 2010, of the Senate to invoke cloture on the motion to proceed to consideration of the Department of Defense Authorization Bill, which the two Leaders had hoped to use as a vehicle for considering the DREAM Act.

it’s funny how misinformed “it’s rewarding undocumented people living in the US” lol. people, you guys are already paying taxes to pay for undocumented kids to go to elementary and high school and you guys fail to see that by passing this bill it will allow these kids to pay back what you have given to them.
