  • The Luteal (I pronounce it Loo-teal) phase is the time from the day of ovulation until the end of your cycle. Thus if you ovulate on Day 14 and your cycle is 32 days long, then your luteal phase is from day 14 to day 32.

If this phase is less than 14 days, you can't support a pregnancy - This is also called luteal phase defect.

  • l-phase is te day of ovu to te day you bleed again anything ungwe 12 days means you cant get preg

  • good luck i wish you the best:)

  • interesting site. that's neat that you got a sub to it for free!

  • I THINK lateral phase is the point at which you typically ovulate. Most people ovulate around 14 days but when I tracked my BBT (waaay back in the day) I ovulated around day 18. However, I could be totallllly wrong here lol. Good, no BEST of luck! ~Rebecca
