Penny Marshall attneds a dear friend's birthday party in Las Veags Nevada at the Palms Hotel in NV. Taking pictures, cutting the cake, and brief talking. Britney Spears was also there the same day that we were. The next day we saw Cher in Concert at Caesars Palace Colluseum.

Are you the Cindy Williams that worked with her on Laverne & Shirley? Wow its nice to meet you. I loved meeting Penny Marshall and she was so cool and down to earth. My mother's name is also Penny and she too is a big fan. I grew up watching your show and the Fonz on Happy Days.

No Shirley was not there. I talked to her for about 20 mins or so. She was having computer problems and I gave her 2 of my email addresses. She saw this video too and likes it.

So disturbing to learn of Ms. Marshall's lung cancer. I was so saddened by that fact and cancer is too common and serious of a problem to not ignore funding for a cure. I only wish I were fortunate enough to have met her. I love her personality. One of her self directed films I've enjoyed was "Jumpin Jack Flash".
