Allie, I have found out that regina and Levon Vincent created this whilst studying at SUNY Purchase, which she studied at for three years (she completed the four-year studio composition program of the Conservatory of Music within three years, graduating with honors in 2001). So the date is between 1998 and 2001, making it approx 7/10 years old.
