Armand-Louis Couperin (1727--1789) was the last important composer of the important French musical dynasty Couperin. He married the daughter of famous harpsichord builder François-Etienne Blanchet. His Pieces de Clavecin were published in 1751, embodying the French keyboard tradition but at the same time show traces of early classical.
