@TayouJin I'm all for electric cars. Controlling emissions at the plant would be FAR easier, I never thought of that angle. Here in WV "Scrubbers" are used on some coal plants to remove the majority of pollutants before the exhaust is vented. Owners could pay a tax in areas where electric is generated for the "fueling" of electric vehicles to pay to retrofit existing coal plants with scrubbers. If there's a large number of owners it would be paid in no time.
